I see...well that is ballsy. Risking a notice for public display, reckless, speeding, endangerment, and dog knows what else...hopefully his ***** and her ovaries match up perfectly. 
Although I don't think I will take the advice on how to pick up a female officer. I would rather it be she just saved my life somehow, then I look up into her eyes from the gurney, she smiles, wipes away the dried blood, and says, "you're kinda cute". lol

our CA "unmarked"cars are a joke.
msot have spotlights by the mirrors
if not huge antennas on the roof
lights in the back window.
pushbars on the front.
or any combo of the above.
but the best part.
almost 100% of them have the CA exempt license plates LOL
as well as the black steel wheels with "chrome" lug covers
