Once a week, preferably during a business day (except Fridays), I have to head up to the canyons for a few hours. That typically does the trick & I get my fix............ + =

 

I ride everyday back n forth from work (about a 4 mile round trip). I also ride around town for small errands and to head to a homies house. I dont pleasure ride too much as i dont have my permit yet.

 

I'm out as much as I can be between work and other stuff- especially with not having worn the noobness off in the first place before having to come back from the broken leg, I need consistency right now. In practice it works out to one evening/night midweek ride and as many times on the weekends as I can fit in, with at least one being a 2-3 hour long run up north.

 

I don't have much time to pleasure ride, but I do use the old girl to commute to work and back (30 mile round trip) most of the week depending on the weather. With the leaves changing here in the next week or two though, I hope to get out on at least one ride up north before they are all off the trees.

 

Last summer I rode every single night, but my best friend since beginning of highschool had a bike to, so we'd go ride, and usually end up meeting up with 2 or 3 other guys that we rode w. pretty normally. but my buddy sold his bike, and no one really seemed to be out this year, so i rode alot less, mainlly just for transportation this year. i had back surgery 2 weeks ago tho, so i wont be riding at all until next spring now
