Oh and if I may add, guys who ride sportbike in Hawaii SUCK big time. I just want to ride. If you are not interested in going to bed with them, they don't want to ride with you. So I go solo. My bike and I are too precious to be handled by jerks. ha ha (sorry I was ranting a bit)
Cougar? How old are you if you don't mind me asking?

I'll tell you what, when I finally go to Hawaii (when that will be I don't know) I'll ride with you ok?

haha. Im sure if you brought your bike this way you could find tons of people to ride with although that seems pretty problematic to get your bike that far since you cant exactly drive it out of Hawaii. and a ferry doesnt sound like much fun

ha ha, I could be some of you guys' mother.

If I live in mainland, I could ride to next city and find people to ride, I'm sure. Here, not a long ride and different places like you guys can do, but I get to get on my bike pretty much everyday. Trade off, I guess.

I bought both my bikes when I was already with my girlfriend for a year so I wouldn't know. 4.5 years later she's still with me and loves going for rides and wants to get her own some day.

I live in Europe so a ferry isn't my first concern....

(I was thinking along the lines of renting a bike .)

Well if I have to ride a bright green or yellow bike it might as well be in Hawaii.

My unfortunate now ex-bf is actually the reason why I got my bike when I got it.

P.S. Thinking back.. My bike was a guy magnet when my ex-bf was packing me on the back. After he sold his R6, he always wanted to ride mine. (get your own ) He always got compliments from guys how nice the bike is and he always had to say it was my bike.
