How much do you weight?

anyone needs any help loosing/gaining weight let me know. i'm self acclaimed personal trainer/nutritonist. although i dont have any certificates i know more then every 24hr fitness personal trainer at your gym.

Well, I am 5' 8" and weigh all of about 115 LBS soaking wet. I can eat weight gainer shakes and lard and wash it down with guiness and not gain a damn pound. It makes me angry. I take Kung-Fu and am addicted to my once a day quad latte's but even without the caffien I have a metabolism that would put a crack addict to shame. Any suggestions that would work to put some weight on (Besides carrying rocks in my pocket) would be appreciated.

I feel you im in the same boat except that im about 125 (well today, tomorrow or next week could unexpectedly drop) [:@] and ive tried everything from sitting and doing nothing but eat to working out with some weight gainer, maybe i was working out wrong....who knows
