Way to go Nine! I love hearing how people better themselves and reach their goals. As for me, traded up from an F2 to a 06 1000rr, 6ft 195 around 8% body fat. I usually see the string-beans on the bigger bikes in my neck of the woods.

 

5-6, 140. Some muscle. Can bench about 240. Maybe my size will get me some track racing advantages. It doesnt have advantages anywhere else.

 

Grats on the weight drop Nine, your post was a couple months ago so I hope you progressed even more now.
