Well...
In a sense, I hope this is real...in that I hope that these people are in need of help and not creating some fictional story to get money. I generally don't give money to people who beg (Give a man a fish thought process), but I know that there are some true hardships in a life.
On the same token I hope this isn't real, in that I wouldn't want a child or their family to go through this pain.
Either way, I just donated $20. Hope all goes well.
