take it to the track, youll learn a lot there, concentrate on proper body position instead of draggin a knee. Or throw urself off your machine and drag it....

You don't want to decelerate through an apex......that could make for a rough day.

+1...i have also recently been trying to get my knee down...you have to carry ALOT of speed through corners and get ALL the way off the seat and get your knee ALL the way out...(it helps if your taller)...im going to the track next week, so hopefully ill get down there

Not true at all. I put my *** crack at the edge of the seat. ***** of feet up on the pegs with the inside toes pointed out and heal tuck up tight. This will naturaly get your leg and knee out, but I don't have to reach for it. Many times I'll keep the knee closer in and it will still touch down under extreme lean angles, mainly inhigh speed sweepers, but really, it's all about proper body positioning and corner speed. More corner speed = more lean. More lean = knee closer to the deck.

Do more reading about proper position and cornering technique and then PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! If helps if you have a secluded twistie spot that you can go through over and over for more familiarity. The more you knew a set of corners, the faster you can go through them.

Bets bet is to get on a track and do a track day.
