Just look back and say "Dinosaurs are fun to play with until they eat you".

On my F2 the lock is down at the passenger left foot peg and is an actual locking mechanism. I've always wondered if people use this lock. (seems easy to mess with a helmet there) Do the seat points on the F4i lock, or just provide an attachment point?

I have always wonder how it is 'supposed' to work. My F1 had a lock on the pass pegs, but when I put the 04 rr tail on there I made sure I had all the brackets and I made the seat pop off, plus I changed to F4 pegs. One of the brackets is a helmet hook, I always just connect the chin strap and then it slips on there, I always wondered if the metal U clip would fit on there, just never tried. Someone have a pic of an actual 04 rr lock?

I use a cable lock and lock the helmets to the grab bar. I keep a real cheap combo cable lock in my tank bag. Mostly we just carry them.

I have to carry my helmet...

Why?, because a friend of mine got a practical joke when he was at the mall, he got a scorpion with a cut off tail tip, when he put he's helmet was like "oh sh.t!!"but he could have died when he got to rideor a heartattack none the less.[&:]
