Here is a DOT map of the road I travel here in Atlanta, on my motorcycle everyday (RUSH HOUR).... along with 100's of crazy semi truckers and cell talking commuters...Its confusing me just looking at it....You got to love the DOT.

Looks to me like they are adding an express way and a HOV lane from 316 to I-85.Here in Seattle we have a few of these around.

 

Umm yeah I can figure it out. Good civil engineers hard at work.

If you want, myPops builds bridges and roads in Atl. They did the overpass at Hartsfield Intl.
