i got a alpinestars T-Stunt, im pretty sure its mesh, it has a giant hole over the back shoulder from my wreck.

that giant hole woulda been in my back, so im guessing no, mesh isnt bad, just make sure it has pads, look up the alpinestars TSTUNT on motorcycle-superstore.com

Lets see... People wear mesh cause its hot out. Would they wear less(no gear) if they didn't wear mesh??? unfortunatly many have opted for this route. Mesh, like tex. is less than leather... but far better, than no gear.
I have made it thru a warm summer (up to 107f) w/ perf leather top and bottom, and in 1pc. suits... But it does cook ya !!!!!!! I am sure I would fare better, w, gear that I refuse to go w/o. I have the gear liners, and wind stop stuff, to wear perf down in the fortys. So don't hesitate to get .leather, thinking it won't work in cooler temps. I did wear mesh ladt summer... and it's way more comfy, but nowhere the leather's match.
Did you know, hot wind unshielded (mesh) is actualy, exstreasmly dehydrating, worse than leather????
Clean and free, Ripp'n

I would just save the money and buy some leathers. I have a textile jacket that keeps me very cool but I know in an accident that I will not be near as protected as i would with leather.
