RE: Help a friend
Man..Rent some tools and do that stuff yourself. sound like the hardest thing you have to do is replace fork seals. Stealership wanted like $150 to do mine. I finally found the time to do them myself and got them done in 2 hours. They are so easy. Just look up some quick instructions. And for my chain. i went to the local sportbike store and they let me borrow one. (small tool really) You will save TONS. from the few that have gave a few bucks, you probably will have enough right there. hell, you can even call me if you get stuck on anything and ill walk you through it.

RE: Help a friend
Thanks you Joe.
I would like to mention again how great it is to see all you guys still dropping in and helping a mate ..
I can assure everyone that Tex is extremely grateful and is progressing nicely with getting his ride back on the road finally...
I am still encouraging anyone that can afford just a little, to make even a small contribution, to do so, as he still needs just a few more bucks to get the job done..
We will be closing this thread at the end of next week if all goes well ...
Again to all you guys ..
you are the best and it is fantastic to see the support from such nice people ..
thankyou
Steve
