^ Yup thanks alot Just. Yeah, I've been looking at Zx-6's too. I've been searching for a few months now, and those are actually the closest and best deals I've seen so far. I've been trying to avoid the R6's because I haven't really heard a lot of good things about them. But have been looking for them as well, I really don't care honestly, I just want to ride for the love of the sport. I wanna keep the price pretty low, because than next year I'll save again and get an 010 or 09 600rr. =)

Been searching and stumbled upon two other bikes, was wondering what everyone thought?
http://newjersey.craigslist.org/mcy/1456691102.html
*12k miles.. Price is just within my range, hopefully could talk down to 3,500? Don't need the gear. Probably the bike I'd rather have, but the listing is a month old? Hopefully he still has it!
*Pros: All the after market, low miles.
Cons: One month old thread? Might not be available. If it is, going to pick up Thursday.. =) Lawl.

*22k miles. Enough said.. That's alot, even for an 04. Just under the maximum average miles ridden here in NJ (3-5k a year).
*Pros: New tires, tuneup, title in hand. Highway ridden?
Cons: 22k miles....... .... ... .. .
What does everyone think? Are either of these bikes worth it or is there better around? I've been looking for quite a while and .. NJ and anywhere around me, the prices suck. And not a lot of bikes are for sale around here right now for decent prices.
*Thank you so much for all your input guys! Very much appreciated!
Tom

Yeah, the 12k mile 3500 one is out. Taken off craigslist. Is 3,700 for the 22k a reasonable amount? What should I TRY to get it for? There is also an 04 with 8k miles for sale for 4,500. Which I think is blasphemous. What do you guys think?
The 4,500:

And a new sexy looking white one..? 3,900:

Don't need his gear, so could hopefully lop off a few extra $$. Wonder why he needed a new chain and sprockets, and a new front brake line? Intresting..

So I sent the 22k mile bike an e-mail, and I'm debating if I should e-mail the white bike or not. What ya think?
Or if I could possibly talk the8k mile 04' down to maybe 4,000? That might be better I think? 500$ for 12k spare miles I think wuold be a good idea.

If you keep up the basic periodic maintenance and don't abuse the bike, there's no reason it shouldn't last at least 100k miles.
If he's asking $3700, You can probably get it for 32 or 33. It's December, and if he doesn't sell it real soon he'll have to hold it till the spring when his bike will be another year older. This is a good time of year to be a buyer.

22,000 is nothing for a five-year-old bike. That's barely 4,000 a year.
