why would it get locked? I read this in the paper the other day and thought that it would be a good one to share on here...

 

Great story pretty ironic really and I totally agree that its not a bright idea to go out without a helmet but this same story was already brought up a week or two ago and it brings up a "personal rights" issue that can/got out of hand.
