much respect to you hardcorp, you did a great thing. ive been the resipient of the heimlick twice and once was by a total stranger. if not for people like you i could be six feet under. good job.
I feel there is nothing wrong with you being humble about the incident, but I don't think anybody else at that place was going to save him.
And yes I think that's way he is f***ing with you j/k

Gotta watch out you break someones rib when they dont ask for your help and you could have your check garnished for the rest of your life due to lawsuits... Sadly it's the world we live in.
But on a good note goodjob man on thinking on your feet.

Good thing you only had used one arm, if you used both his head may have popped like a zit. Well done...I hope your recovery is coming along as planned also.
As strange as this sounds, I now have a craving for country fried steak.

HC...you are truly one of a kind...don't ever change....if people were as level-headed (for the most part
), decent, and compassionate as you, the world would be a better place...my hats off to you!
Nice Job Hardcorp !!
The Navy has one of their nuke schools here in Goose Creek, South Carolina & on
any given day at lunch you will see a whole bunch of sailors. One of my biggest
pet peeves is a soilder who looks terrible in his uniform or having his hands in his pockets.
One day my wife & I were having lunch at a Atlantic Bread Company & I spotted a out
of shape sailor standing in line with his hands in his pockets with a uniform full of wrinkles.
I pointed this guy out to my wife & told herhe should be ashamed of his appearance. No more
than two seconds later the lady standing next to him passed out & hit the floor like the
old Mike Tyson knocked her out. The poor lady ended up cracking her head open & they
had to call a ambulance. This sailor tried to catch her but couldn't get his hands out of his
pockets quick enough. I think he graduated from the Naval Academy. [sm=americanasmiley.gif]

You cracked his rib? Sheesh. Ha! J/K. I don't think you should feel embarrased in any way. You saved his life and you have no idea if anyone else would've reacted to save his life. So, take it how it is. You should feel good about what you did.
