My parents were going to a weding when i was like 12. and i was to go stay with my cousins after they dropped me off before the wedding. at the last minute i asked who was watching us and found out it was someone i really didn't like so i decided i would stay home and stay with my neighbors.

well on the way to the wedding my parrents came to one of those sudden-slow-down-to-zero on the highway places. well apparently the woman in the saab behind them was on auto pilot and hit them going 70. no brakes at all. there was no back saet left in the car, the trunk completely inverted into the car, and it burst into flames. the firemen were freaking out trying to make sure that they were the only two in the car, because anyone in the back seat would surely have died.

That would be fun to debate. Especially since I know it isn't true lol. This "law" of attraction appears based in western culture, where people have a greater chance of improving their lives. Even a chance at all. Try telling a North Korean the "universe" will eventually grant his heart's desire, which is probably just running water and food.

It's simply too luxurious to say, if you think about it, it will come. The universe owes me nothing. It already gave me more than most on the planet, not to mention the planet itself. Only those who have, have the ego to want more.

But on the other hand, I think there is truth in how one's thoughts affect one's life. Reap what you sow, and all that crap, lol. And trying to remember the plight of others far away, does little to keep a smile on my face in the unemployment line. So honestly, dookie in one hand, wish in the other, see which fills up faster. [:'(]
