You should all read "In the Gravest Extreme" by Masaad F. Ayoob. It really details the "rules" for concealed carry. I found myself surprised at our obligations as a concealed weapon carrier. Great book. Here's an Amazon link: http://www.amazon.com/Gravest-Extrem...955&sr=8-1

The blazer is econo stuff used for target practice and plinking, unless you save your brass for reloading, the aluminum is fine. Obviously the steel/aluminum cases are cheaper than brass, so the savings are passed onto you for fun cheap ammo. When reloading, brass is the most expensive componant.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with cheap ammo, I try to get decent ammo when I can. I find the maintenance to be much easier with quality ammunition.

Absolutely. Some pistols can be picky when it comes to ammo, but if you luck up in that your pistol eats up cheap ammo, more power to you. Ammo as with most things...you get what you pay for.

Winchester ammo sucks in my pistol. I had about 8 jams out of 50. Then I switched to the Blazer, and only had 1 jam out of 200. I only use the cheap stuff when I go to the range. It's too expensive to shoot high $$ ammo when you can squeeze off 150 rounds in an hour.
