Go onto the Garmin website, and look for updates for your machine. You'll have to plug the unit into your computer to download updates...............(as far as I know)
Be careful you pick the updates for your model, if you download updates for a different model, it will probably stop your unit from working, and you'll have to take it in to Garmin to have it reset.
