Finally after about a month of having my bike and working on getting it registered and titled and such i have everything done. Went this morning to the DMV for the last ritual which would be getting my M endorsement. [sm=happy046.gif]

Nice lady gave the on-cycle test, all i had to do was ride around the parking lot and park. Piece of cake seeing as how i had to drive 20 miles their with the temp in the mid 30's.

My joe rocket jacket worked nicely especially with the liner. But the pair of icon gloves i bought are pretty much junk as of now. Clapped my hands this morning with them on waking my brother up and rip....the seams busted at the palm.Only paid about $40 but dang this is only the second time i've worn them, and they were not even a tight fit.

Well looks like im orderinga diffrentpair tomorow, maybe heated. Guess ill stop rambling on and get in the bed before i have to go to class this evening.

my brand new alpine star gloves did the same thing, waste of good money, guess i have to go back to my fieldsheers(old but quality)- good luck , ride safe

I buy gloves at cycle gear because once you rip them you can trade them in for full credit on a new one. just say your not satisfied with the way they broke in and they feel funky.

or in your case they ripped so take them back!

 

Well done! I*m always amazed at how many people ride around without an M license. I*mmore amazed that DMV allows people to buy, register, and insure a bike without even being licensed to operate one.

 

Nice work, now get some frame sliders or a cage on your bike so nothin gets messed up on your first spill

May never go down, but way too many people learn the hard way that simple frame sliders can save a fair amount of damage from a slow spill or simple drop.
