Default good times

I know it's no big deal, but two weeks ago I got my permanent endorsement. I touched in the slalom, but didn't get enough points to fail. Everything else I did perfect. Since I'm in Ohio, not having the endorsement meant no riding in the dark, so you can imagine how crappy that would have been now that daylight here is from like 7:30-5.

The sad part about all this is that the week before that, I went to take the test and while waiting I took off my helmet and glasses. I didn't realize my glasses fell onto the ground, so when I turned to grab my helmet I crushed my glasses. I wasn't allowed to take the test and that wrong move set me back about $250 for the exam and new glasses.[:@](cheap ones at that)

Thanks for reading.

I'm always causing my lens to pop out of my glasses. Too many times of stepping on them in the past. Now I bought the HJC helmet that has antifog built-in, but now causes my glasses to fog up instead.

slalom? lol I had to ride around the block behind the PD, two stop signs, no traffic. and that was before they started getting lazy, most of my friends just had to take the written exam and stand next to their motorcycle to get their licenses

LOL, yes, $250 was for the glasses. That's a cheap pair as the ones I will be getting for permanent use have the Flexon frames and will run me about $325 or so.

The test itself was part of the temp license packet price. We pay $18 something and then take a written test. This allows you to ride during day, off highway, on non congested roads with no passengers for one year. At any time you can schedule the test and take the test. Upon passing you pay an extra $24 for a new license. That really sucked for me because I just paid $24 back in March for a renewal.
