Is that really the best way to use taxpayer's dollars? That is a bit overboard to have the patty sent for analysis and prosecute the cook. Maybe there is more to this story than we are aware of...

Spilled salt on more than one burger? They come frozen and already pressed. Sounds like she did it on purpose, but it was not bio haz mat like saliva, so he should have talked to the manager and had the employee straightened out instead of makin a big deal about it. I do remember when a copper found spit in his burger. The employee was charged with assault on a peace officer.

Wow the cop arrested the wrong person.

Dumbass "the chic", said she told the supervisor...it's the supervisor who should be arrested.

Hope her lawyer isn't as dumb!

Hey, if you can make $3 mil from spilling coffee on yourself at McDonalds, seems that a night in jail for a salty burger is on par...

I didn't even know you could get arrested for serving bad food. Sometimes when im high and I eat to much at Mcdonalds I get sick. I'll have to remember to call the cops next time.

If you can get arrested for serving bad food at McDonalds...how come the jails aren't overcrowded with Micky D's employees then?
