Is that really the best way to use taxpayer's dollars? That is a bit overboard to have the patty sent for analysis and prosecute the cook. Maybe there is more to this story than we are aware of...

Spilled salt on more than one burger? They come frozen and already pressed. Sounds like she did it on purpose, but it was not bio haz mat like saliva, so he should have talked to the manager and had the employee straightened out instead of makin a big deal about it. I do remember when a copper found spit in his burger. The employee was charged with assault on a peace officer.
