No I am not going to do what every one thinks and post a whole bunch of soft-core ****. There is plenty of websites for that...

However, I wanted to put a request out there that people be sensitive to who is viewing my computer behind my back and behind the backs of a lot of people that view this forum. There are a lot of people on this forum that have pictures of scantily clad females for their avatar.

My proposal:

If a lot of people on here tell me to go to hell, leave your avatars alone.
If a lot of people on here agree with me, I ask that whoever wants to (I know no one can force you to) please find an avatar that is more suitable for everyone to view.

 

A. Put a password on your computer.
B. Always make sure you're in a secluded room with the shades drawn before logging in.

 

I agree it does suck when the boss walks in their's a naked *** on the screen but hey i'm probably not supposed to be posting while at work anyways.

 

i dont know man...i like it... sometimes in the am when theres nothing to do i jerk it to the avatars...

Ok... the bottom line is, he's right.

We can start deleteing avatars and restricting said users for using avatars or uploading images.

We need to start cleaning up the avatars, please. Those of you that have potentially offensive images, please change them.

 

I've been noticing more and more of this too. I like the images, but he's right. At home kids might come by, the wife, or the boss at work - or a snitch at work. There never used to be these kinds of avatars until about 1 month ago.

 

Are you guys serious? Has the nanny PC police stricken the CBR community?

 

everything is ok untill 1 person gets offended then everybody else who feels they too are offended or more often that the images might offend someone else , start to speak up.. soon you have a serious subject that wasnt brought up for whatever reason untill 1 voice spoke.

doesnt matter how everyone feels about the situation , if someone is offended then change has to happen. sometimes this "power" is abused and it allows for people to bitch about every lil thing but in this case the admins along with the mods have to enforce the policies wether they agree with them or not.

 

Well, I do not want to incite a riot, therefore, I am not going to argue against others opinions. I was merely expressing my opinion. I have stated it and will leave it at that.
