Just as everyone else has said and everyone on the road knows, What happens when you speed? You get a ticket. Want an easy way not to get tickets? Don't break the law...Geee who would of thought it was as easy as that?

Would you rather have Officers writing you a ticket or possiblydie while trying to keep some cracked out retard with a gun from raping your little sister while your mother is tied up and bleeding on the floor watching. I think the cop would rather be out catching "real"bad guys than making sure you don't kill yourself or someone else.

lol no it was my fault i was speeding.... 58 in a 40 2nd ticket in 2 months in menomonee falls im just pissed... some ppl i ride with run and mark down the number of times they get away some are well passed 15 i dont do wheelies on the freeway (i cant even do a wheelie) i dont swerve around cars like a slalom i dont lane split i go a little fast on roads where there arent any cars and i get screwed... so screw being nice... nice guys do finish last and get screwed... ive learned that if youre gonna do something wrong make sure you have an escape plan and ride faster than the radio. grrrrrrrrrrrr im polite as heck i kiss their butt shine their shoes and bring them coffee and donuts while they are running my license (well not literally but practically) i smile i say thank you i say yes sir never once have i been let off with a warning heck i had a burned out light once and the cop gave me a ticket!!!!!!!!!!! friends of mine laughed at me because 2 of them just got a little piece of paper saying please fix this in 10 days or youll be mailed a ticket no i got a ticket for it!!!! sure i fixed it and got the ticket ripped up but still. im just angry. the police should be sitting inside banks instead of giving me tickets. the associated bank in the falls was robbed by guys with semi autos (the same crew they think) 3 times in 6 months! GO CATCH BANK ROBBERS! im not killing people im not stealing from people im not hurting anyone GAH! ok sorry i cant even type anymore look at my grammar lol looks like a 2 year old wrote this i think ill go to bed and try to sleep it off.....

Please make sure the time and place allow a certain degree of safety for yourself as well as others.....and whatever you do, DO NOTcheck behind you in any wayuntil you are on a very longstraight and no place else.

In my younger days ,i felt like the cops followed me.I got pulled over so much the ladies at the court house knew me when i came in..
I dont hate them ,they are just doing their job.There are good ones and bads ones in every job out there.
SOmething you are wearing or doing is making you stand out more than others.
A friend of mine complains about the same thing except he drives a mustang.Funny thing is his is stock looking but yet he has gotten 4 tickets in 4 months..Mine is far from stock (cowl hood ,big littles ,plates read UR2SLW ).But in three years never had a cop look twice at me (knocking on wood)..My again i dont do anything to make me stand out more than any other driver.

man i hear you about running. and i will be honest with you, i have done it in the past.....but it is not worth it, and i think that i would rather have a ticket than be dead.

Dude don't run. I was with a buddy that ran before the statey even had his lights on and I just hung back and was going to take it like a man. We both took of hard from a light and the cop was hideing past the light. The cop pulled out and left me alone and took off after my buddy, but did not get him or is plate. It was a dumb move and he knows he was lucky he did not crash and die since he blew a few red lights at over 150 mph in a 45 mph zone.
I agree that alot of cops are dicks to bikers for no reason, but lets fact it-you were speeding by alot over teh limit.

A guy I know tried to run from the cops this past year. Funny thing was, he didn't have his license and was on a friend's bike. So when he got radared speeding, he decided that running on the interstate was better than backroads. Of course he got caught, the cops KNOCKED THE BIKE over once he stopped cracking the fairings (they really are dicks) and he spent some jail time.
I think running is kind-of stupid unless it means just ducking behind a garageor something, but I also have a problem with law enforcement who have nothing better to do that treat speeders like they are criminals. I've got 7 tickets in my first 3 years of driving (all in cars/trucks), and have been pulled over many more times. I've been patted down on the side of the road and had to sit in the back of a cruiser and interegated like I had some illegal master plan.
So maybe speeding it is breaking the law, but we could be doing a lot worse. I honestly think the speed limit for bikes should be about 15mph over what is is for cars. If you wreck and you are at fault, chances are nobody will get hurt but yourself. I wish the cops would cruise the streets in unmarked cars and pull people over for stuff like slamming on their brakes for no apparant reason, switching lanes on whim and without signaling, and running red lights. I've had to avoid hitting someone for these reasons much more than because someone was going too fast.
