I got pulled over this morning at 3:30 leaving my house heading to work. I was doing 38 in a 25 tryin to get my bike to warm up and get the tires a little warmer. It was36 degrees outside. The cop gave me a warning and told me to have a nice day... I was lucky....

Holy crap yea it was 30degrees outside today, I really need to get a car for winter. I don't think I'm really going to start running especially with the luck I've been having the last three days. I'm going to get rid of the bike because I can't afford insurance due to tickets before I start running. I haven't had tickets in the lastfive years then all of a suddentwo in a couple months. Then I was making a bunch of mistakes at work (a credit union, you can't make mistakes with peoples money) and I thought I was going to get fired. Last three days just really sucked so I thought I'd complain to a bunch of people I don't know about police. lol

I gotta say that I love cops. The same way i love garbage men and and all those other professions that keep my life better then all those other ****ty countries in the world. If you're speeding then you have to just expect to get a ticket. I dont know about you but I dont want other people driving like dicks around me and cops keep that to a minimum, but they can't have a double standard just for you.
And if you are gonna run, dont just go as fast as you can. rig up some cool **** on your bike like a smokescreen or something. Maybe a spike strip that pops out of your tail. I expect to see that on the news sometime soon so get on it!

I work with an EX Cleveland cop and he said he would not chase bikes, but some of the guys he worked with would chase them just to make them crash-sick bastards IMO! I agree most cops are dicks and have nothing better to do than mess with people. One of my buddys is a cop and he rides a blinged out Gixxer 750 and has a bagged S-10 and a Magnum RT that he drives like a mad man. He's a cool cop, but is also very younga nd works in a hickville town here in Ohio.

lol no it was my fault i was speeding.... 58 in a 40 2nd ticket in 2 months in menomonee falls im just pissed... some ppl i ride with run and mark down the number of times they get away some are well passed 15 i dont do wheelies on the freeway (i cant even do a wheelie) i dont swerve around cars like a slalom i dont lane split i go a little fast on roads where there arent any cars and i get screwed... so screw being nice... nice guys do finish last and get screwed... ive learned that if youre gonna do something wrong make sure you have an escape plan and ride faster than the radio. grrrrrrrrrrrr im polite as heck i kiss their butt shine their shoes and bring them coffee and donuts while they are running my license (well not literally but practically) i smile i say thank you i say yes sir never once have i been let off with a warning heck i had a burned out light once and the cop gave me a ticket!!!!!!!!!!! friends of mine laughed at me because 2 of them just got a little piece of paper saying please fix this in 10 days or youll be mailed a ticket no i got a ticket for it!!!! sure i fixed it and got the ticket ripped up but still. im just angry. the police should be sitting inside banks instead of giving me tickets. the associated bank in the falls was robbed by guys with semi autos (the same crew they think) 3 times in 6 months! GO CATCH BANK ROBBERS! im not killing people im not stealing from people im not hurting anyone GAH! ok sorry i cant even type anymore look at my grammar lol looks like a 2 year old wrote this i think ill go to bed and try to sleep it off.....

this thread is funny....i hate to say it but if i weren't in the military i'd prolly run too.. but i have a faimily to provide for and i don't like handcuffs....
i know lots of peeps that run..and i don't hate on them for running but to me its not worth it....
not to mention the fact that i've gotten 3 warnings and only one ticket that got dismissed...

I watch too much T.V. ( Wildest chaces to be exact) and I've seen some F'D up bike wreckes on there. Thats why I dont run. I was mearly trying to warm up my bike and the tires this morning and thats what I told the cop and he was cool with it. He only stated that he would hate for me to be goin down the street and a car pull out and me turn into a pile of pumpkin scraps??? WTF pumpkin scraps are you serious!! HAHAH But I got lucky with no ticket.
