That amounts to theft !!- can the police or fraud squad not investigate it, if you make an official complaint ? In the UK you can get the Govenment to make a claim on your behalf see moneyclaim.ukgovt.
They are then issued with a summons and forced to pay, or provide the goods you paid for.
Righteous outrage is called for, I'd say.

Now my only dilemma is this--doI post up his business address, home address, phone numbers, and all other informationon the really hardcore biker sites I belong to?Am I being vindictive or is it righteous outrage? (rhetorical question)
hell f***ing yes you do it... it's called revenge, and it's a sweet sweet thing - i swear if i even lived near FL for ya, i would just do some crazy sh*t everynight to hishouse. (can't really do anything illegalnor want to confront a person like that because they could be carrying firearms)

im sorry for your lose though. at least you can count on the credit card company to get your money back, paypal and ebay just jerk you around. [:@][:@]

Dang man, that's too bad. Within a driving distance? Who are some of our membersin Northern Florida, lol?

People like that have to be caught in the act, we should solicit this individual for a part and set a trap...

Anyone wanna try? I'm down... I'm sure Jack can arrange some sort of information exchange with those that can help - catch his *** in the act?
