Wish her Merry Christmas for me and to get well soon.

My friend who went down finished his surgeries last week, they think. May need one more in the distant future. He also got his bill for his hospital stay: $850,000

OMG!!!! Ya that sucks. I also feel bad for her because she hadnt taken the approved safety course to ride it yet and she didnt have the license endorsment. When she told me she was getting a bike i told her to talk to our safety rep before she rode it around but i guess she didnt heed his adivce to not ride it yet.

So i think the military may make her pay for the medical bill. Which would be really crappy but i see where they are coming from. No need to make all of you pay for someone else mistake.

Health insurance covered it all except $800. But he said when he opened the letter he almost went back to the ER from heart attack until the insurance said what his real bite was

She was on a F4I. Im not sure if it was hers or someone in our squadrons. Only reason im not sure is because im pretty sure she would have told me the second she bought a bike and there is a guy with a silver F4i and him and her were good friends. But i hope it wasnt his or he is in some trouble as well.

Here is the bike now.
