I recorded my first song... Its pretty simple but oh well, its like learning to play the guitar again because of the learning curve with the software...

So I am going to go Simon, here. First of all, great chord progression, and I really like the melody! You have something to say (with your lyrics), and I could not understand the lyrics very well (enunciation). Also, did you sing the vocal line? You have an obvious vocal ability, but I heard some bad notes (pitch). Re-record the vocals until it is perfect, or have aseasoned "lead vocalist" record them. That is not to say that you can't sing, but I did hear mistakes. From a production standpoint, I think you should start the song with the acoustic guitar (good playing by the way), then have bass, drums, b/g vocals, etc.come in at the first chorus, or at the second verse...that would be cool (very dynamic)! Overall, I love what you are doing. I look forward to the next song! Good work, Drew...don't forget to give the lead guitar player some love .
