Another person gets bit by the riding bug! Congratulations on choosing an F4i...most are VERY reliable.

I highly recommend taking the MSF course...it teaches a lot of very valuable information and techniques.

sorry to hear you got laid off. If you can bum a ride to michigan and find a place to stay for a weekend the class only cost 25$ here lol.

congrats, i did the same thing, we have a highschool across the street so ijust went there everyday it was over 30 degrees lol. dont know how but i never got bored.

id def try to get enough $ together to get in the MSF course, i felt pretty confident and was somewhat of a natural having rode other bikes before but it still helped me extremely. as far as where/how to look going through corners, accelerationg/deceleration through corners (which help me prevent at least a few low slides in the last 3 years), escape paths, identifying the most likely threat, overall bike control. ours is like $75 but its def worth it

good luck man, congrats again

nice one mate!

My first ever ride on the road was a 30 mile journey back home from where I picked my bike up :P

Two excellent points here.

I like to say, "assume they don't see you. And assume that if they do see you, they'll try to hit you.

And even though the traffic laws may be in your favor, the laws of physics won't be. So it's your responsibility to safeguard yourself.
