First day with six star muscle N.O. product, bad allergic reaction
So I woke up this morning, pumped for my workout and drank my first NO fury shake (six star muscle from wal-mart). Drank a shake, had a bowl of cereal and then it happened. About 5 minutes after my shake my face turned BRIGHT red, looked like broken blood vessles all over my face. I started to shake and feel cold, my whole body turned bright red and got very hot to the touch. My girlfriend asked how I felt, i told her, like ****. My skin literally felt like it was on fire, my face and butt being the worst. I took two benadryl and it stopped the pain/red sploches and heat. Now I am exhausted from the benadryl...what the hell.
I have NEVER had an allergic reaction to anything, im 21 yo, always take my multivitamin in the morning, and I have tried a few NO products (NO-explode for a while now). Dunno what I am allergic to, but this was scary. I am going to return the NO and creatine product. Im gonna take a few more days off, maybe order some controlled labs stuff.
So, make me a suggestion for a stack. No BSN products (tried em, didnt love them) and certainly no Six Star products from wally world.

Only a guess but prolly the protein source. I use some stuff designed for after workout (forget the name and too lazy to run downstairs) and the first time it turned my elbows and knees bright red. But I must say it is the best stuff I ever used. Makes recovery the day after manageable ... especially legs.
Stoopid thing I did was buy the GNC brand protein powder ... ya, it is a bit cheaper but has twice the fat of the stuff I was using. So I gotta do twice the BS abs and aerobics to offset the f'ing fat[:@]

yea buying at walmart was your frist problem.... but gaspari nutrition is good **** so is muscle tech. Dont go to gnc if you can help it, they get commission on various products at different times so theywill just try to get u to buy whatever they make the most on. Go to vitamin shoppe, or better yet buy it online, bodybuilding .com is cheap as hell thats what i use

I switched to this when my last batch of Muscle Asylum ran out. This is better, more calories, and has creatine, glutomine and a ton of other stuff already in it.
