no.. because they are not going to report them to the us govt since its not legal or illegal yet

but if you win large amounts i dont know how that works.. by large i mean 10k plus..

its fun.. the poker is great because i can be at home drinking a beer in my home watching sportcenter.. i dont have to sit at a table and listen to 8 other douche bags BS all night long.. lol.

Hmm....I thought it was illegal to collect the money. My friend had to wear an ankle bracelet for a year after trying to collect his money.

Not yet.. they cant figure out how to enforce it.. dont know how your friend got caught? Did they have him under investigation? Because the checks that Pokerstars sends out come from San Diego and a Wells Fargo acct. It just comes in the mail and you deposit it..

dont know how he got caught.. but i guess anything is possible..
