Default Fiberglass over abs plastic fairings.

i know this is in a weird spot..but im bidding on some ABS ones right now..and if i dont win those i might get some fiberglass ones for juts a little bit more with the buy it now.

BUT the ABS ones end in a bit and i wanna know if i should actually fight for em..or if fiberglass is the same..

whats the difference and what do you guys like?

and whats better fittment wise..cause for some reason fiberglass seems like it might be a pain to get mounted.

ABS is plastic. So itll be harder to work with and do changes to if needed. Usually FG body parts seem to be more ill fitting though, and if the part sucks...it SUCKS. Depends on the company, but Id perfer ABS.

you will get alot of feedback on this one.

I like the ABS over the FG I think the abs is more forgiving IE it will not crack as easy if you set the bike down. But abs is harder to reapir if you set it down.

I agree ABS seems to be a better material then fiberglass. If you didn't already know. Factory plastics are ABS. If look inside any of the panels they'll have the honda ABS stamp in them. Also seems like ABS is alittle bit easy to stretch, which is good when you trying to take the tail section off of your bike.
