i dont think it is a whole new tire. it kind of looks like you buy a tire and they line it with that gel stuff. it reminds me of the slime brand.

It looked like the gel came up through the hole to the surface of the tire. Wouldnt that make the tire slick?

E-mailed these guys today. It's $100 per tire plus shipping, plus the cost of the tire. They are also looking for distributors around the first of November this year. If anyone is interested.
