My friend hit a lady at like 10 MPH, barely a scratch just a good dent. Anyway, they are totally cool with not dealing with ins. for obvious reasons. He will pay out of pocket. He was thinking $500-$1000. They got quotes at $1800. He was like "fudge" His deductable is $500 so this is really costing him an extra $1300 to keep his rates the same...Do you think he should have reported it?

 

I hate to say it but always report it. First he will pay the $1800, then when that check clears her nick will start getting sore.
