If you didn't get the tag number check with the 7-11. most of them have cameras facing the pumps and it may have captured it and the hit and run ... but do it QUICK because those tapes record over themselves after a certain period of time.

next time say hey man wait i will call the cops and get a report going. Say it so other people hear you. If they leave Head inside and go for the camera footage. Also ask anyone if they saw it and if they would be a wittness for you. the point of telling him your going to get the report started is that other people will remeber if asked about who called the cops.
