so once i get outa this lease at my apt. ima rent a house, and i have been missing the company of mans best friend. i was wondering wut kinda dogs yall got, and whats ur fav types. my favorite dogs are doberman pinchers, i have had three. i have also had one mutt, two black labs, one jack rustle, one bordercollie/calico mix, one irish wolf hound, two great danes, uhhhhhh i think thats all. pics would be nice, i thought i knew how to post pictures untill i was unable to a few min.s ago haha, anyway. ill just post a link of that pic i have.

I grew up with black labs. I love them!!

 

my dog herbie. he is a basset hound and he is by far the best dog i have ever had. love him to death!!!

 

Got three. An old basset hound mix, I've had her (pig) longer than my wife and three kids, the other, Heidi is my Black Lab, I'm an avid waterfowler, I'm sure you can connect the dots on that one. The last is Phoebe, our Boxer. If I could only have one dog for the rest of my life it would be a boxer. They mirror their owners personalities and moods, so in touch with how things are, can turn on and off of play mode like switch, super intelligent and have really pronounced facial expressions like a person. Boxers are like having a room-mate, perhaps a notch above a typical pet, but not quite a person. My Lab is a trooper, minus cold temps with iceicles hanging off her mouth, she loves to hunt...lives for it and loves to work and train. The Basset mix is an old lazy dog that just likes to guard the house and her food bowl, and the boxer just wants to be one of the family.

Here are my boys.....Moose is a 3yr old yellow lab (110lbs) and copper is a 4 month old fox red lab. They're spoiled rotten, sleep in the bed, love to swim, and moose retrieves squirrels like it's his job lol. Workin on gettin the little one ready to take shootin.
