Has anyone ever ordered from them? I found the same helmet for two different prices on their site. Site kinda looks a little iffy to me too.

 

I'm gonna give the thumbs-up on Extreme. Their page is definitely due for a late-digies make-over, but their sale pricing can be outstanding. I got a $625 X-11 Rainey for $399--and they were kind enough to include a free helmet bag (an unmarked fleece bag with straps, in addition to the standard Shoei bag...) and free shipping.

I also really liked how they put the Shoei box into a separate box to ship. It's the only thing I've bought from them--I ordered gloves once, and after two or three days they emailed and said they no longer had that style, nor will they ever again. Which is dandy, my '08 Alpinestars SP-1's are ten times better, and for less money.

As far as shipment notification (at least when you opt for free), you only get an automated message two or three days after it actually left their warehouse--which is evidently full of nearly 10,000 helmets of every stinking brand available in the U.S. They stock a lot of what they sell--something I prefer in a vendor.

They are also Bell Helmet's official distributor, and their ebay store is on my list of saved favorites. They have a super closeout section there, and are on a 99.6 rating out of 11k feedbacks. I would buy from them again.

I am trying to return a helmet I bought from these guys off ebay and I have not gotten a response in a week. I've called and emailed but no one responds. They shipped it out quick enough but now I can't get in contact with them at all. I'd say take your chances.
