I have never had THAT happen exactly, but i have Sneezed in my helmet before... thats always gross. Also, one time, after having a nive dinner of VERY Seasoned meatloaf, i burped inside my lid, and that almost MADE me puke... smelled pretty bad.

 

or the dreaded redbull + empty stomach burp with the visor down. ...thought i too was gonna be yacking inside the helmet.[:'(]

 

Wow...just wow, if that dog lookin to lop up that puke wasn't enough, that lil critter above make me damn near do what the guy in the helmit has going on. ROFL!

 

I had to spit with my helmet down once... let's just say "lesson learned"
