at 45 hangovers occur with sometimes asfew as two drinks. Workouts keep you sore for twice aas long and ear hair becomes a true reality. I agree, don't get old. But if you do, you must:

1) own a bike, with a helmet on, we all look the same age.
2) exfoliate and moisturize on a regular basis.
3) workout like an animal
4) date 20-something year oldex-models.

getting old does suck, but it is all part of it.

Time to hit the gym

That was going to be my suggestion dang it!

Jay, are in you in the gym somewhat regularly? I tell you what man, it sounds crazy but it works. I was into it pretty heavily my first three years of college, I think mainly due to the fact I was in a health sciences sports and biomechanic major. I hurt my should near the end of my third year, and never really got back into the swing of things after the shoulder injury. Let me tell you, that year away from the gym made me feel like such an old guy. I was sore all the time for not reason, lacked serious energy, didnt sleep well, had a **** poor diet. Basically for a year, my life was ****, other than for the fact that it was in that year that I bought my bike. So I guess you could say one great thing came out of the shoulder injury. Now, as you may or may not know, I sold the bike, which sucks bigtime, but I will have another soon. Since selling the bike, I have picked back up right where I left off, I've been back for about two months now and have gotten nearly all of my strength back, have more energy, tend to watch what I eat more, and have been sleeping better for the most part. The point of the story is, make time to get to the gym regularly, and you will feel much better. '

I would be more than will to put together a routine for you, as it is my background.

Take Care man!

I dont feel old yet, maybe the jump from 21 to 23 is a big one. Usually once a month to a concert, love going in the pit, pushing people, jumping on them. New found glory?? What the hell kind of band is that? Just got back from seeing Beneath The Massacre and Dying Fetus, now that was a show!

I feel ya bro. I knew I was past my teens when I started wanting to get actual seats instead of general admission standing room when I went to concerts.

You feel old cause you where at a New Found Glory concert. The next oldest person there was 17, lol.

I'm 26 in the military, body has been beaten down. I've been prescribed motrin so many times it dosen't work for me anymore. I got a shot of demerol(?) before a minor surgery, didn't help much feel every slice the doc made.
LOL ^^ Motrin 800MG, military drug of choice.

You got a head ache, motrin 800. broken arm, motrin 800, leg blown off, motrin 800, the flu, motrin 800. Its the cure all.
Thats no joke. Then they wonder why you build up an amunity to it. Then they want to send you to Mental Health because they think you have drug problems.
