I worked today 9am-6pm - But i'm off for the next 6 days!!!

 

Working from 4pm-2am....Hell, I'm at work right now!

It's not all bad though....I'll spend most of my time tonight figuring out my new camera.

 

I hear ya man. I had to work on the 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, and tomorrow the 27th. It's awesome. Not to mention, i didn't get a single present from anyone this year because all my family is in atlanta with my newborn baby nephew born last weekwhom i can't see because i can't get vacation approved ever.

aviation sucks.

 

Ya I got a 4 day weekend so I was all into the not going to work mood and I had to work today. And tomorrow. And Friday. And then I get another 4 day weekend.

 

Half my office was off yesterday and it was slow as hell. The day felt like a super long Monday. Today there are more people here, but were just as slow and the damn clock is not moving. This first hour is feeling like a year.

 

No Rangerscott its not called "sucka" its called "deployment" with the added bonus of "extension"

 

I had to work Xmas day, and the day after, was off xmas eve....would have MUCH rather had Xmas day off

 

Feel for you guys, nah, just kidding! I've done my share of working over Christmas though, and at least the traffics lighter than usual. I used to work for a Newspaper (many years ago), in their classifieds section, someone had to be there to take any calls that would come in, sat there all day & received one call & it had nothing to do with my work anyhow.
Just think of the money your making & you call dibs on the time off next year.
