I don't care for the clubs I've met so far around here. I don't even much care for the average motorcycle rider. I guess just due to the fact that bikes attract such a broad range of people, the idiot level isn't any better than the population at large, and I like the solitude.

Alone 99.9% of the time. I can see the benefits of riding in a group though. A solitary rider on the roads I ride could spend a long time laying in the ditch waiting for someone to come along and find him.

Lone rider here. Rode with a friend from work the other day and I ended up waiting for him to catch up most of the time, which was (needless to say) a hastle. I'm not one for drama either, which usually occurs anytime you have a group of people.

I'm not associated with an actual club, but I ride regularly with a large group of people. We have a local forum for the bike stuff, so sometimes we just call ourselves by that name (All Out Motorsports, so I'll say I ride with the All Out crowd). A lot of us are just individuals and friends, but there are a couple organized clubs that also spend time with our group, and we go to their events and such. It's a great group.

always alone. i ride nearly everyday. no matter the weather. finding ppl who ride like i do and care about motorcycle like i do is hard. most ppl like the bike for the attention and power. bar riders and such. the ppl who i see ride like i do are the same they ride alone. and are and far between.
