Sorry man, should have looked at the date..
I wouldn't think that a thread asking for people to donate to the JDRF would be deleted, but I don't know... (that's juvenile diabetes, right?)
I didn't see the thread to begin with, though, either.

You are correct. JDRF is the juvenile diabetes research foundation. I am a General Manager for Advance Auto Parts and every year we sell the JDRF paper shoes to raise money but we were asked to step outside our stores and reach out to the community to raise extra money so I posted on here asking if anyone would like to donate any money to send $1(you can send more if you can send more if you like) via paypal to CycleWorx@Live.com. 100% will go directly to JDRF.
It may have just been deleted because it looked like it might be a scam attempt since it wasn't linked straight to a certified charity site? I don't know, just a thought.
I certainly don't believe that to be the case, and I've seen other posts on another forums.
I think you're doing a commendable and legitimate thing here, bud. Keep it up.

Hey Doug...I looked and you have no post shown as deleted ...
and no post showing with that topic that I can see....
So stop yu whining and re post the darn thing ... we shall see what happens to it then ...
As a rule we do not allow soliciting of our member for donations from any organizations ...if we did , we would have a board full of this type of posting ...
but we shall see mate ...

and no post showing with that topic that I can see....
So stop yu whining and re post the darn thing ... we shall see what happens to it then ...

It did not get deleted. You must've fat fingered the keyboard or sumpin else but we did not delete it.
As a general rule we let legitimate organizations slide ... and JDRF would qualify. I only get hinky when peeps start trying to solicit $$ for their kids baseball team or other dumb crap.
So post the damn thing again please
