haha yeah they can be long lost relatives. Im working on it! Just gotta get the frame guards and side panels then get everything powdercoated gold. You know all this already though.

Not a suggestion, just a thought: Have you ever seen a car with windows tinted same color as the car? I wonder how it would look if your headlight lens/cover were tinted gold? Not even sure if that's possible or the legality of said tint, but its the first thought I had when I looked at the photo in the original post.

 

Thanks, and Ive thought about maybe getting those head light lens covers for use in the daytime. I havent seem them in gold, that could look cool, just in smoke, yellow, and this rainbowish iridium/titanium color. I could easily take them off when its dark out so i dont dim my headlights so thats the only reason im thinking about it. I wouldnt apply any film or spray tint though that couldnt go off and on as easily as those.
