I basically want to give Dell some Kudos!!!

I have a Dell XPS laptop, and I really havent treated her very nice. Dropped it and everything else. The other day some crap fell in my keyboard, and I thought I could just remove the button and put them back in. (Turns out you cant) well I snapped the button off and everything! Also I had some missing screws in the bottom of the computer from traveling/dropping and what not.

I called Dell up and the very next day, the sent somebody to fix it!!! No mailing, no paying, no nothing!!

I would recommend them 100% Great service guys

 

Ya, laptop keys are held by "spring" mechanism. Its a pain in the *** to take off all the keys to clean coke from the pad.
