I would guess that the helmet off thing (@ least in the US) would probably be more of a way for the security cameras to get a shot of your face if you decided to drive off w/o paying. Now that most gas stations require pre-pay, or pay at the pump, I guess it's not that big a deal to have essentially a "masked-man" pumping gas into a vehicle.

Hey - Oregon and New Jersey still don't allow you to pump your own gas, regardless.

i think but i may be wrong that you have to be 18 to use the pumps which is stupid, i wonder what 16 year olds do on there scooters
