Default converting iTunes files to mp3?

I want to convert my AAC files to MP3 or WMA. Is there a way to do this using just Vista stuff, or do I have to have 3rd party software? If so, what software? Thanks.

So what software do I need? I want to convert even the "protected" crap I bought from iTunes Store. I paid for it, so I should be able to do what I want with it, right?
Anyone help?
