I will set the ball rolling ...

I created a long post .. read it all over carefully for typos and layout etc. ..completely forgot the forum problem (again) *rolls eyes* .. as I clicked the OK buttom ..poofety poof poof and poof!! ..I watched it vapourise right before my eyes with a connection reset error ... to be honest I screamed ..not loudly ... I also lifted my mouse about 4 inches off the desk and slammed it down hard and heavy ..it made a satisfying bang!! .. I am ok though ..I think .. I had a walk and a coffee ..a sit down and a think ..maybe with some counceling I can get over this ..I will beat this ..I just will!! ..well until next time ERRRR!!!!...lol

I feel better ... everything is going to be ok :-)

Now my desktop just vanished!! ..WTF!! ..lol ..I minimised Firefox and a few other programs I had running because I needed to connect my phone .. no desktop icons at all ..just my wallpaper?? ... I did the old ctrl/alt/delete thing to bring up task manager and it reports all is well and running ..I often find task manger to speak with forked tongue!! .. I can only flit between programs by using switch to, even the flaming task bar has gone awol ... I put it off but in the end I just had to reboot ..and that means go stick the kettle on and have a walk while you wait for the stupid machine to settle down again after a full reboot ..ERRR!! ..life used to be so much simpler with the tv and a copy of TV times magazine, considerably less stressful too ..sighs ... and reminisces of the good old days!!
