I let my kids use my laptop and now the taskbar is on the right hand side of the screen instead of being across the bottom I can't fix it I went to sites looking for help but it wouldn't let me sign up because my email is free help me get it back on the bottom

 

Right click the taskbar, make sure lock the the tasbar is not checked...
and then left click and hold on the taskbar and drag it down to the left, so that you can see a transparent image of the toolbar...

thanks man I tried to drag it before and it wouldn't work it was on the right hand side of the screen but would only drag to the halfway point of the screen but I kept doing it then it ended up on the top of the screen and then I kept fooling with it and it is finally on the bottom thank you very much

 

You can right click while the cursor is on the taskbar, and when the pop up comes up, click on the lock taskbar so your kids can't change it again by mistake.
