computer help again

I need some help with my dvd player on my laptop. Anybody know where i can get a free decoder so i can watch the dvd's? Had roxio before but had to re-install windows and cant find the disc for some reason.

What? Are they copied dvd's? If they were burnt right you shouldnt need a decoder. They should just play like regular dvd's.

I install either the xpcodec pack or the vistacodec pack, along with divx and xvid. Then I have 99% covered. And you would be surprised at the #'s that cant burn shyt like the rest of us lol
