Default Christmas left-overs?

What do you guys do wit all the christmas leftovers? You know, the sausage rolls, cheese, ham and all that? Tonight I'm making an old favorite, beans and corn bread! I take about 4 cups of pinto beans, soak them overnight, throw themin a pot. Two inches of water over the beans, bring to a boil and then simmer for about 2-3 hrs. Throw in all the ham left-overs and leg-bone, a jalepeno, a tad of chili seasoning, a pinch of cummin, dash of garlic and black pepper and simmer for another hour. Make some corn-bread, I usually make the usuall, and a pan of Mexican bread, corn, red peppers and jalepeno in it. MMMMmmmmmmmmm make you slap yo mamma for not cookin so good.
