Wow, so this guy who is deployed has a wife who cheated, then went to jail, and now here lover is taking care of his possessions? That is a weird love triangle with only 2 people, how is that possible? Never happened and I am curious to know how in the hell this guy the wife cheated with is taking care of other peoples shat?

I'd say, if it were me, I'd have to have some really nice **** to take care of, otherwise it's all worth leaving just to wash my hands of it, lesson learned, make better decissions in the future. With something like this, theres always the third story, the build-up, and the other side. I wouldn't think everything was hunky-dory, deploy, bam, wifes knocked up, some other dude has to take care of my stuff.....somethings missing. Either way, cut your losses and be done with it. I've deployed several times and always see those dudes all bummed out cause some dude answered the phone at thier place at 2am.....they start fretting over a bunch of stuff and getting all weird, and then start to fight and worry over an 88' escort and an elvis plate collection. I'm like, dude, F that, leave it, you got ****, at least you don't have kids and you can just bail, really, in the long run, even though it sucks, its allot cheaper, easier to just turn away then try to work it out. How long have they been married, 1-2-3 years? Any assets? Be the better person, have some dignity and consider it one of lifes not-so-pleasant-lessons.

if it aint your wife, whose is it then?

either way, id say leave the biatch in jail. or better yet, let her think that everything is going fine between the 2 of ya and when u get back serve her **** wit divorce papers and kick her *** outa there.
This happened to a good friend of mine that ive known for 2 years.Im gona use the name john, to refer to my friend and steve to refer to the other guy. Basically she's in jail for some driving violations on post that she was put on probation for and she had broke the terms of her probation and the judge gave her 6 months in a federal jail. Its federal jail because the stuff happened on a military post. Basically what had happened is that she went to jail andJohn had called this guysteve to find out what was going on, then johns wife had told him in a letter that nothing happened between the two of them. Howeveron the phonesteve was also denying that anything happened, but just like 2 days ago john called this guy up andsteve told john that he had gotten his wife prego and she had gotten chlamydia and they had to take the baby. Now i happen to know that if you get chlamydia they wont stop a pregnancy. So i think that this guy steve is trying to break the two apart. Johns wife had also wrote to him in a letter saying that this guy steve wanted her to marry him. so theres some more facts to the story.

I've seen this all before - If they're married (not just living together) and she's in jail, there surely must be SOMEONE he can call on to look after his goods. Also, where and how did she get the STD ? Hmmmmmmmm. And repeated DUI's, enough to get 6 months in the slammer ?
Hmmmmmmmm again.
Not a perfect situation when he needs to have all his wits about him at this time - many lives depend on it.
First, go to the unit chaplain, and the senior NCO - he'd be amazed how much help they can offer, if asked.(they've seen it all before, too)
Second, move his goods, esp any weaponry. Have someone he trusts store it.
Third, find a good lawyer and end it. Experience tells me (and I've had plenty) that things aren't going to change...........
Sad, but true.
